CP SON CANALS: A GUIDE TO STAY SAFE ON THE NET
After 2 years working on this topic, our 6th graders have written this guide to help you surf safe on the net.
Hope it will be useful for you.
A special thanks to Pau Ribelles, one of our 6th graders, who designed this guide, choosing colours and template.

CP SON CANALS: Interviewing a hacker
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvMT-V_4kb8
Click on the title and you will watch an interesting interview.
Salvados is an important TV programme in Spain and the presenter, Jordi Évole, interviewed a very well-known hacker, Chema Alonso.
He explained the difference between a hacker and an internet pirate. Chema is a hacker and he helps people detect possible errors on the net, trying to solve them. On the other hand, a pirate is a person who uses his knowlegde to create problems to others by robbing them personal information.
He talked about how easy creating a false wifi is. So we must only connect to a safe wifi. Be careful if you are at an airport or at a hotel. Use only wifis with passwords. If not, all your information can be in dangerous hands. Also with your smartphones. They are not phones anymore. They are real computers.
We watched this programme with our 6th graders and all of us, teachers and students, learnt a lot.
